A note to our customers
I am elated to announce that I am the new owner of The Engraver & Green Hill Collection. Barbara and Jack Jacobsen have worked tirelessly over the past 42 years to create an incredible full service engraving firm, with the addition of leather goods in the 2010s.
Some of you have seen me working with them for the past few years at The Devon Horse Show and others held on the showgrounds. After two full years of apprenticing with them seriously, I feel confident to take over their business operations.
This includes taking over booth #62 at The Devon Horse Show. I am so proud that Remarkable Leather Goods will be moving into a prestigious location which has housed the best tack stores, like The Engraver and Jimmy's Saddlery (Jimmy Wiebe).
So what does this mean for all of you?
Well, our product line is expanding immensely. That may be a total understatement! We'll be adding an insane amount of products. Including a few hundred nameplates. All engraving will now be done in house!
For those who have been loyal Engraver customers - I assure you that the quality workmanship you have all come to know and love will not be changing. We will continue to use the same metals, hardware, leather products, etc. Barb and Jack have done a tremendous job teaching me how to engrave in their style. We will also have a familiar face around! Sara, who has worked for the Engraver for 8 years will be joining our team as well.
During this time, we are extremely open to feedback, questions, concerns, etc.
Please feel free to DM us, email: olivia@remarkableleathergoods.com, or call 610-430-0123.
Thank you all so much for being extremely patient with us during this transition period. We will be working out of The Engraver office in West Chester for the remainder of July, prior to moving it to our home office in Maryland.
You have all supported this horse loving gals dreams for almost four years now and I cannot wait for many more!
