TERMS OF SERVICE

Please review our terms of service before ordering. During the checkout process, we store basic information such as your address, email, phone number, and payment information. Remarkable Leather Goods uses HTTPS/TLS encryption and PDI DSS Level I; meaning your stored information is protected and will never be shared. 

 

HANDMADE

All Remarkable Leather Goods products are made in the United States with locally sourced leather. Each halter is made to order according to customer specifications, allowing for the perfect fit. Please allow 3-4 weeks for baseline sizing and 4-6 weeks for custom sized items. Sometimes production times are quicker due to volume of orders. 

SHIPPING & TAXES

Each RLG product is handmade to order. This allows us to cut each piece of leather to custom fit your horse's face if needed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery on baseline sized items and 4-6 weeks for custom sized items. $4 shipping available in the continental United States. $15 shipping to Canada/Mexico. International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout via USPS. RLG is not responsible for customs charges. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each products goes through quality control before being shipped. Our products are completely handmade. Allow for small human errors, such as minimal uneven stitching. We will replace products that have damaged leather, hardware, or ripped stitching. Returns must be made within 15 days of product arrival. Exchanges may be made within 30 days or product arrival. Please allow 3-4 weeks for replacement as products are handmade to order. All of our halters are leather breakaways; if the crown piece breaks, replacements are available for purchase. We have a 365 day halter guarantee; if you halter breaks due to manufacturers defect, we will replace your halter. Repairs can be made at the customer's cost due to equine manipulation; customers are responsible for repair costs.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Nameplates are non-refundable unless manufacturer error occurs (spelling, etc). 

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours because our leather pieces are cut to order. No cancellations after 24 hours.
